Providence was once again named one of the Baton Rouge Business Report's Best Places to Work for small-to medium-sized companies. The 2022 Best Places to Work is a survey competition to determine which participants are the best employers in the greater Baton Rouge area. A few factors that secured Providence’s recognition on the list were positive employee survey responses, new hire referrals, paid time off for volunteering, nine paid holidays, flexible work schedules, and career development programs. The workplace culture that includes annual crawfish boils, birthday and anniversary luncheons, costume contests, and a hybrid work environment were also highlighted as a factor in choosing Providence as one of the 2022 Best Places to Work in Baton Rouge.
