Providence Welcomes Charlotte Jallans-Daly As National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Director
Please join Providence in welcoming Charlotte "Charlie" Jallans-Daly to the team. Charolette will serve as director of the newly established NEPA group, working with our current NEPA experts to enhance and grow this integral environmental service line to offer a more robust service to our clients.
Charlotte has more than 19 year of experience in impact assessments (Environmental, Social, and Health Impact Assessments [ESHIAs]), NEPA services, and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission [FERC] services, within multiple industries that include coastal restoration, ports, oil and gas, transportation housing and infrastructure, and mining. As a subject matter expert, she has provided expertise in Project Direction and Management, NEPA guidance, World Bank ESHIA guidance, Stakeholder Engagement identification, Socioeconomic Assessments, Environmental Justice, Land Use and Landscape, and Water Resources.
Originally from London, England, she has called Louisiana and Texas home for the past 11 years. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing and painting, and is involved in several Mardi Gras krewes. Please join us in welcoming Charlotte!
