Gopher Tortoise Certification Training Program. The Wildlands Conservation Inc. Authorized Gopher Tortoise Agent Certification fulfills all requirements to perform Gopher Tortoise Surveying, Hand Shovel Excavation, Bucket Trapping, and Live Trapping.
