Providence has promoted Georgene “Happy” Giroir to its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As CFO, Giroir will manage and provide operational support to the Finance, IT, Legal/Risk, and Human Resources departments. Giroir’s expertise in managerial accounting has been exceptionally beneficial to Providence’s operations and her promotion to CFO will allow for a stronger, more comprehensive impact on Providence’s bottom line.  Her wealth of financial expertise stems from her 39 years of experience in the banking, manufacturing, and industrial services sectors.  Prior to her promotion, she served as Providence’s Director of Finance and managed both the Finance and IT departments.
