Providence Named Third Best Place to Work in Baton Rouge for Second Year in a Row

Providence was named third Best Places to Work in Baton Rouge for small-to-medium-sized companies in the Baton Rouge Business Report’s Best Places to Work for the second year in a row. The Best Places to Work is a survey competition to determine which participants are the best employers in the greater Baton Rouge area. A few factors that secured Providence’s recognition were positive employee survey responses, profit sharing, paid time off for volunteering, nine paid holidays, a wellness program that includes the Providence Corporate Cup, and new hire referral bonus programs. The workplace culture that includes annual crawfish boils, bingo and miscellaneous games at company lunches, and Halloween costume contests were also highlighted as factors in choosing Providence as one of Baton Rouge’s Best Places to Work. Providence was also previously named third in the 2015 Best Places to Work small-to-medium-sized companies’ rankings. To view the full rankings, please click here.
