Providence was ranked fourth in the 2018 Best Places to Work in Baton Rouge for small-to-medium-sized companies through the Baton Rouge Business Report. The Best Places to Work is a survey competition to determine which participants are the best employers in the greater Baton Rouge area. A few factors that secured Providence’s recognition were positive employee survey responses, profit sharing, nine paid holidays, the Providence Corporate Cup, and new hire referral bonus programs. The workplace culture that includes lunch bunches, miscellaneous games at company events, and the annual Halloween costume contest were also highlighted as factors in choosing Providence as one of Baton Rouge’s Best Places to Work. Providence was also previously named as one of the Best Places to Work small-to-medium-sized companies’ rankings for the past three years.
