Todd Black, P.E.

Mr. Black, one of three founders and principals of Providence, is a licensed Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering and has over 18 years of experience in Environmental and Civil Engineering. Mr. Black holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University. He has been responsible for a wide range of engineering and regulatory-based projects. These projects have required multi-media knowledge and understanding of environmental regulations including RCRA, CERCLA, CWA, and other federal, state, and local regulations. General project descriptions have included engineering studies, engineering design, environmental permitting, legal support, field coordination, and supervision. Specifically, Mr. Black has extensive experience in landfill design, solid waste permitting, groundwater evaluation/remediation, water/wastewater treatment/distribution system engineering, and environmental site assessments. Mr. Black is currently a Senior Managing Partner of Providence.
