Rich Major

Mr. Major, one of three founders and principals of Providence, is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Civil and Environmental Engineering and has over 30 years of experience in the civil and environmental fields. Mr. Major holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University. He has been responsible for a wide range of environmental and engineering projects pertaining to RCRA, CERCLA, CAA, and CWA federal regulations. Mr. Major’s experience spans the entire spectrum of the environmental field, including engineering design, environmental permitting, project management, field coordination, and supervision. Combining his engineering background with his experience in the environmental sector, Mr. Major has developed extensive project management experience.

Currently, Mr. Major serves as one of two Senior Managing Partners of Providence. His responsibilities include technical oversight and business management.
