Karen Holden, P.E.

Ms. Holden serves as one of Providence’s two Operations Directors. Ms. Holden is a Registered Professional Environmental Engineer and has over 20 years of engineering and environmental experience. She earned a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University in 1989 and joined Providence in April 2000. She has significant environmental/regulatory experience regarding oil and gas production, petroleum refining, chemical manufacturing, and electrical power generation. She also has construction and operation experience for oil and gas production operations. Ms. Holden’s areas of expertise include project management, air permitting and compliance, transportation planning, and preparation of documents in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
