Senior Project Manager – Water Quality Management, Texas - TX

Providence Engineering & Environmental Group LLC (Providence) is seeking a senior project manager for its Texas Operations.  Providence is seeking candidates that have experience in the following areas:

• Federal and Texas wastewater permitting assistance for industrial, commercial, and governmental clients
• Permit negotiations
• Wastewater collection and treatment systems diagnostic and performance evaluations
• Regulatory compliance audits and compliance monitoring
• Water quality modeling and mixing zone analyses
• Environmental emergency sampling response and documentation in connection with spills and accidental releases
• Knowledge and experience with TMDL’s
• SPCC and SWPPP development
• The following areas of experience would be a plus:
• Endangered Species and Cultural Resources Protectiveness Reviews
• Ambient water quality surveys and Use Attainability Analysis
• Ecological investigations and assessments
• Wetlands determinations and permitting

Minimum Qualifications include:

• 10+ years experience – Consulting experience, a plus
• Project management experience
• Petrochemical and refining industry experience
• Sales and marketing ability
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Flexibility to travel

Education:

• B.S./M.S. in environmental / chemical / civil / mechanical / agricultural engineering, environmental sciences, or related fields
