Civil Engineer

GSE Associates is seeking a civil engineer for its Houma, Louisiana office. The level of experience is preferably 4 years of general civil engineering experience with an emphasis in municipal design. The successful candidate will work in the following areas of services:

  • Project design for state/local governmental entities and multi-use site development projects for private developers
  • Client contact and coordination
  • Specification writing
  • Cost estimating

 Qualifications:

  • 2 to 6 years experience in the municipal civil engineering arena
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Professional Engineering (PE) Registration
  • Proficient in Autocad, Microsoft Office

 Education:

  • B.S. / M.S. in Civil Engineering

 Salary:

  • Commensurate with experience
