Engineering
Our engineering division offers professional services in the following disciplines: civil, mechanical, structural, electrical and environmental. Each discipline is directed by a licensed senior engineer.
Architecture
The architectural division offers services related to projects involving all building types, sizes and construction types; new structures, renovations to existing structures and management services for occupied buildings.
Planning
Our planning group provides services for site and master plan development for land use, utility and transportation systems.
Surveying
The surveying division has been in existence since the earliest days of the company providing services necessary for civil engineering projects. Services available include single plots, topography, boundaries, subdivisions, etc.
Special Services
GSE Associates, LLC is fully knowledgeable in obtaining and managing federal and state grants. We can also assist our clients in a variety of assessments (rate studies, traffic assessments, environmental impact studies, etc.), reports and economic and financial feasibility studies.
